On the way to Seaside I snapped this out the window. It was such a beautiful drive and the best part the kids were quiet watching the scenery as well as the DVD player.
We had planned on playing on the beach at Seaside but there were so MANY people we just decided to go buy taffy. This place had 170 different flavors as shown below.
The kids enjoying there loot on the way out. We ended up spending $25.00 in candy and a good thing it was in Oregon no tax on candy!!
So instead of staying at Seaside we drove back down the coast to play at Cannon Beach and it was way better no as many people and we had a blast.
I was looking at the ocean but wouldn't go near it.
until Jon and
I convinced him to go in.
So he did and watch the next couple of pics they do it justice words couldn't.
All wet from his neck down and staring back at the "BAD" water! LOL

you're a blogging maniac! looks like you guys have been having a great summer! i just have to comment about that taffy store!!! looks like heaven to me! :) you need to post some pictures of that belly since i don't get to see you in person!!
We love Seaside and that taffy shop is so much fun I always leave with way to much.
Oh how I love the coast of Oregon and cheese, glorious Tillamook cheese! We love spinning the wheel at the taffy store! lol
